    ALL clients work with Interpretations for at least 12 months to implement
    the plan.  The Growth and Learning phase is a process of:
     
    Custom -Designed Daily learning with lessons and exercises from internationally recognized leaders in  management, communications, and leadership* 
    Monthly individual coaching and facilitation to adapt and apply the daily learning  to YOUR unique circumstances, style and goals 
     Optional participation in Social Profit Groups or Mastermind Groups to reinforce the growth process
